I couldn’t resist sharing my experience at Akichimo, a beautiful homestay set amidst a coffee plantation. The surroundings are absolutely mesmerizing, with heart-stealing views all around—colorful hibiscus flowers, a large pond, a peaceful bamboo seating area, and a cozy bonfire space. Being away from the hustle and bustle, with only the sound of birds chirping, was truly refreshing. The hosts, Kisan and Chitra, are warm, friendly, and well-organized, making our stay truly special. The healthy, delicious, authentic home-cooked meals were a delight and left us wanting to return. It’s a lovely place to relax and explore nature. My 7-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed the stay, especially spending time with the puppies and tadpoles in the pond. Read More
